Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-09-20

If a paid editpot plan does not work for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of the payment and you will receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Core editing stays free either way

Resizing, cropping, transparent PNGs, text, erasing and the other core tools are free and need no account. A refund or a cancelled subscription only ends the paid extras; it never locks you out of the editor, and it does not touch your files, which stay in your browser by default.

1. Who sells the plans

  1. When paid plans are available, orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoicing, and the charge appears on your statement under Paddle’s name.
  2. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. We never see or store your card details.

2. What this policy covers

Plan Refund window
Pro, monthly Full refund within 30 days of each payment
Pro, yearly Full refund within 30 days of each payment
Lifetime Full refund within 30 days of the purchase

The 10-day Pro trial you get when you sign up is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

3. How to ask for a refund

  1. Reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net and request a refund there; or
  2. email us at editpot.ops@gmail.com with the email address you paid with (and the order number, if you have it).

We aim to answer within 2 business days. Once the refund is approved, how long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. After a refund

  1. The refunded plan ends straight away and your account returns to the Free plan.
  2. Free features keep working as before.

5. Cancelling a subscription

  1. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  2. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. If you are still within 30 days of that payment, ask for a refund as described in Section 3.

6. After 30 days

We do not refund payments made more than 30 days ago, except where the law requires it. This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, such as the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or the withdrawal rights of consumers in the EU and the UK.

7. Abuse

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person where they are plainly being used to get paid features for free. This does not affect statutory rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We will announce changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. A payment is always governed by the policy in force on the day it was made.
